Neck pain is a common matter for all specially those who work on computer. Sometimes we feel neck pain when we get up in the morning. It’s like neck and shoulders are felt stiff when we awake in the morning. Research shows that six people out of ten feel neck pain on their different stage of life.
There is always some reason for neck pain. Basically, it is the cause of 85% of undiagnosed headaches. By following some simple technique you can be benefited like a hot water bath, ice cube message, and massage olive oil gently. Let’s see the ways that you can affect by neck pain. 

1. Computer or Office Desk


Usually we use computer desk or other desk daily for a long time. Whenever you work on desk try to make sure that your shoulder and head are balanced directly over your spine. Its may difficult for someone who use laptop computer but you can use external key board and mouse to adjust yourself. You can take a break after every half an hour to relax the muscles of your shoulder. You can also use a small pillow on your back side for supporting. 


2. Reading Table
Most of us use reading table to read books. If you use chair to sit you should always maintain the vertical position. Hold the book that you don’t have to move forward or down to see the book. Always try to keep straight your spine. If you read on bed then carefully use the pillow. Lie on your side, Keep your neck straight and hold the book in front of your eyes.

3. Using Telephone
If you have a job of telephone operator or any other reason you have to spend a lot of time over telephone, you are at risk of neck pain. When you use telephone you should try to avoid leaning your head to one side. It is also applicable for using cell phone. You can eliminate this problem by using head sets.

4. Slippers
Especially some women’s have a mentality of using high hill which is not good for health. It’s changing the placement of your body by the ground up and neck muscle got effect. It is the reason women have more neck pain than men do. 

5. Watching TV
We face neck pain when we are going to watch TV program. Always sit far from TV monitor. It is very important to sit straight to the TV monitor. If you sit off side you have to move your neck for a long period to focus on TV monitor.

6. Driving
Whenever you are going to drive the vehicle at first take the sit belt. Sit relax and straight. Keep focusing forward and drive the car.

1. Massage
Relax the muscle around your neck gently. A quick massage can surely improve the condition of neck pain. You can massage with ice cube otherwise hot method. Keep messaging for a minimum amount of time; it can be 10-15 minutes. 


2. Moving Muscles

Try to move your head gently. Place your right hand to the right sight of your neck and move your head to right. Repeat this process for 3 times a day. 

3. Pill
